09/08/2015. Political representatives of the countries involved in the war, religious leaders, major international NGOs and representatives of religious and ethnic minorities were invited to submit their requests to the international community helps them to stay home.

Objective: To decide an action plan to help refugees on humanitarian, political and judicial. Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher recommended “guaranteeing the right of refugees to return to their homeland and live in dignity and security. ”
