Russians and Westerners clashed in Munich
The tone was turned up a notch between Russian and Western leaders on Saturday 13th February in the security conference in Munich, about Syria, Ukraine and the migration crisis, during exchanges of hardness raises doubts opportunities success of the agreement reached Friday in the same city for a temporary truce in Syria.
