Natural disasters have cost nearly $ 90 billion in 2015

If the number of natural disasters was particularly strong last year, the amount of damage are reached lowest level since 2009. And insurers were also less involved.

Storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods … The year 2015 was marked by numerous natural disasters, and 23,000 deaths.

If the death toll is much heavier than the previous year (7700 deaths), but nevertheless the amount of damage it is lower.
