Humanitarian Diplomacy and International Crisis Management

The international conference “Humanitarian Diplomacy and International Crisis Management” was held on 27 and 28 January 2011 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

Organized by the French Foundation Order of Malta and the French Navy, she saw among other interventions Irina Bokova, UNESCO Director General, Edouard Guillaud Admiral, Chief of Staff of the French armies, the Admiral Pierre-François Forissier, Chief of Staff of the French Navy, Monsignor Francesco Follo, permanent observer of the Holy See to UNESCO and the Latin Union, Louis Michel, the European Parliament, General Claudio Graziano, chief of the Italian Minister of Defence former Commander of UNIFIL in Lebanon, Jean-Pierre Mazery, Grand Chancellor of the Order of Malta.
